Titleist has been in the golf industry for decades and is a leader in the golf ball and equipment market. Titleist is derived from the word Titlist which means title holder. Titleist is a subsidiary of Acushnet and partner brands within the company are Pinnacle (golf balls) and Footjoy shoes. Titleist has a wide range of equipment covering every aspect of the game from drivers and fairway woods to hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters. One of the most successful products of the Titleist brand has been the Pro V1 golf ball which took the world by storm in 2001.
